Liebe Iris,
ich schreibe dir, um meine aufrichtige Dankbarkeit für das kürzlich absolvierte Leadership-Training auszusprechen. Du hast einen äußerst positiven Eindruck bei mir hinterlassen.
Die Struktur des Trainings war sehr gut durchdacht und bot eine ausgewogene Mischung aus theoretischem Wissen und praktischen Übungen. Mit deiner kompetenten und einfühlsamen Art hast du es geschafft, eine offene Kommunikationskultur innerhalb unserer Gruppe zu etablieren.
Die verschiedenen Konzepte und Techniken, welche du angewandt hast, haben den Inhalt auf verständliche Weise vermittelt. Es hat unserem Team geholfen, besser zusammen zu finden und mehr Verständnis füreinander zu entwickeln. Du hast es geschafft, eine nachhaltige Veränderung in unserem Team zu bewirken und wir greifen immer wieder auf das Gelernte zurück.
Du als Trainerin hast eine durchweg positive Art, kannst super auf die Menschen eingehen und dich ihren Bedürfnissen anpassen. Man merkt, dass es dir sehr wichtig ist, dass du die Teilnehmer abholst und ihnen den Raum für Ihre Entfaltung gibst. Vorab in der Planung und Vorbereitung ist dir Professionalität sehr wichtig und dies wurde von uns sehr geschätzt.
Insgesamt war das Leadership & Kommunikations-Training eine äußerst lohnende Erfahrung, die meine Führungsfähigkeiten auf ein neues Niveau gebracht hat. Ich fühle mich besser gerüstet, um die Herausforderungen des modernen Arbeitsumfelds zu meistern und meine Kollegen erfolgreich zu begleiten.
