Earlier this year we had the privilege of having Iris consult with us for a few weeks. We agreed a specific focus in advance to include: General Manager Development; Standards Management; Marketing; Social Media; Communication; and Strategy. To say that, during her time with us she made an enormous impact, is a great understatement.

Her knowledge within the hotel business and impressive years of achievements and experience speaks for themselves. She is a hotelier with passion and a real heart for the business. More importantly however, as a manager and leader of people she is respectful, engaged, intuitive and stylistically very impressive. She gets others on board with ease and confidence and communicates equally well at all levels with credibility and poise. She is equally talented as a listener and as a speaker – a truly unusual combination.
