I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the leadership training I recently completed. You made a very positive impression on me.
The structure of the training was very well thought out and offered a balanced mix of theoretical knowledge and practical exercises. With your competent and empathetic manner, you managed to create an open communication culture within our group.
The different concepts and techniques you used made the content easy to understand. It helped our team to come together better and develop more understanding for each other. You were able to create a lasting change in our team and we always refer back to what we learned.
As a trainer, you have a consistently positive manner, are able to respond to people and adapt to their needs.
